It is my great privilege to introduce Ceylon Asia Holdings Pvt Ltd, a vision built from years of experience in business, trading, industry, and agriculture. My journey began at Kuliyapitiya Kumbukgahamulla Vidyalaya, where I completed my education in 2016. Over the years, I gained hands-on experience across multiple private sector ventures, learning the value of hard work, innovation, and dedication to national growth.
In 2024, I began shaping the foundation for what would become Ceylon Asia Holdings, officially established in 2025 as the mother company of a group committed to transforming Sri Lanka’s economic landscape. This journey is not only about building successful businesses but also about creating opportunities and empowering local communities.
My vision is to uplift the nation through trade, business, manufacturing, agriculture, food production, and education—driving nearly twenty key projects that focus on long-term progress, sustainability, and a brighter future for every Sri Lankan.
The founder and CEO of our company, Mr. Tilina Sandaruwan, received his primary education at Kumbukgahamulla College, Kuliyapitiya, and commands 7 years of experience across various fields.
This business journey, which started on June 05, 2024, continues forward with a strong corporate structure as a government-registered company under the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 since December 03, 2025.

Ceylon Asia Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. is a government-registered company under the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007. ROC registration certificates, income tax, government-approved documents, and company agreements are fully regulated. Maintaining transparency by directly sharing the registration certificates and legal documents required by investors is a core part of our trust.
